An Experience is a stack of content blocks. Each block is one piece of the page: a heading, a photo gallery, the Wi-Fi password, a question. You add them in the builder, drag them into the order you want, and what a visitor sees is that stack, top to bottom.
What a block is
Blocks are independent of each other. A block knows nothing about the block above it, which is why you can delete one, duplicate one, or drag one to the top without disturbing anything else. It also means there is no page layout to design. The order of the blocks is the layout.

Every block carries its own settings. Open one and you get its fields (the text it shows, the image it uses, the number it dials) plus its show-and-hide rule and, on any block that collects an answer, the When someone answers panel.
A block in the list, and its menu
Feeding times
Hours
The handle on the left drags the block up and down the page. The three dots on the right open the menu.
Edit
Opens this block's fields: its words, its images, its settings.
Duplicate
Copies the block and its content in directly underneath.
Move up
One place up the page. Greyed out on the first block.
Move down
One place down. Greyed out on the last.
Delete
Removes the block. The rest of the Experience is untouched.
The picker is organised by job, not by price
Press Add Block and the library opens in seven groups. The groups answer what am I building, which is the question you actually have standing in the builder.

- Words & layout: 6 blocks. Headings, body copy, expandable sections, a coloured callout, a link button, a rule.
- Photos & media: 9 blocks. Photos, galleries, video, audio with a transcript, a comparison slider, 3D, your social accounts, one social post, a sponsor bar.
- Visit info & one-tap help: 15 blocks. Hours, what is on, maps, directions, the Wi-Fi password, a phone call, a PDF, a safety card.
- Remember & return: 3 blocks. What changes for somebody who has been here before.
- Questions & answers: 14 blocks. Everything that asks a visitor something and keeps the answer.
- Payments & giving: 3 blocks. Taking money, through your own Stripe account.
- Smart: 1 block. Conditional, which decides what the other blocks show.
All 51 blocks
The list below is generated from the same file the builder reads, so it cannot fall behind the product. Filter it by group, by marker, or down to only what the free plan includes.

What the two markers mean
Two small icons appear on some tiles. A block carries at most one of them, and the marker tells you what the block does after a visitor touches it.
- Action (the lightning bolt)
- One tap, one outcome. Seventeen blocks carry this marker. Tapping finishes something: the password is copied, the maps app opens, the PDF is handed over, the payment starts. An Action can also stand alone as an Experience of its own: one block, one page, live the moment you save it. Dropped into a longer Experience it behaves identically. See Actions.
- Memory (the sparkle)
- The answer is remembered. Thirteen blocks carry this marker. What a visitor tells one Marker is available to every other Experience you run, with no app and no login, for as long as they keep the same phone and browser. See how Memory works.
- No marker at all
- The remaining twenty-one blocks show something and stop there. A Heading, a Photo Gallery, an Hours board. These are the ones you will use most, and none of them are gated.
Which plan a block needs
Twenty-nine of the fifty-one are on the free plan, which is enough to build a complete page for a venue and publish it.
| Plan | Blocks | What it adds |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 29 | All of Words & layout, all of Photos & media, most of Visit info & one-tap help, Explore More, the Feedback Form, and all three payment blocks. |
| Starter | 7 | Text Us, Save Contact, Welcome Back, Name Capture, Email Capture, Phone Capture, Lead Capture. |
| Growth | 13 | Add to Calendar, Safety Card, Passport, Quick Choice, Rating, Review & Feedback, Custom Input, Check-In, Geo Check-In, Request, Waiver, Quiz, Conditional. |
| Enterprise | 2 | Book and View in AR. |
A free account builds with every block up to Growth, marked Included while you build; visitors see the Starter and Growth ones once the 14-day trial starts. On a paid plan, a block above it still appears in the picker with a plan badge. Tapping it closes the picker and opens your upgrade options rather than dropping a half-working block onto the page. The two Enterprise blocks are locked below Enterprise.
How to choose blocks
- 1
Start from the question the visitor is holding.
Somebody standing in front of a Marker has one thing on their mind, and it is rarely your history. Feeding times. The password. Where the toilets are. Whether this is the tank with the octopus. Answer that in the first block and everything else is a bonus.
- 2
Say it in as few blocks as you can.
A page of four blocks is read. A page of fourteen is scrolled past. If two blocks are saying the same thing in different shapes, delete one.
- 3
Put the outcome above the fold.
If the point of the Marker is the Wi-Fi password, the Guest Wi-Fi block goes first and the welcome paragraph goes under it. Blocks are dragged in seconds, so try it both ways in Preview.
- 4
Only ask what you will use.
Every question is a small toll. A Quick Choice you never read is worse than no question at all, because it costs the visitor a tap and buys you nothing.
- 5
Check the plan badge before you build the page around a block.
Conditional, Passport and Quiz are Growth. Book and View in AR are Enterprise. It is easier to know that before the page depends on one.
Example
Cedar Hollow Zoo & Aquarium: the otter habitat, in six blocks
The Marker is on the rail at the viewing window. Somebody taps it while their child is pressed against the glass, so the page has about fifteen seconds to be useful.
- Heading: Asian small-clawed otters.
- Hours: the feeding times, with the live Open now state doing the work of a sign nobody updated.
- Photos & media: Audio: ninety seconds from the keeper, with a transcript underneath so it also works with the sound off.
- Text: two short paragraphs. Not four.
- Quick Choice: which animal should we feature next month, three options, saved to the visitor.
- Explore More: the other three habitats on this trail, with the ones they have already visited badged.
Five of the six are free-plan blocks. Quick Choice is the only one that needs Growth, and it is the only one that changes what Cedar Hollow knows by the end of the day.
Is there a limit on how many blocks one Experience can have?
There is no per-block cap in the builder. The practical limit is a visitor's patience: past about a dozen blocks, a page stops being read and starts being scrolled. If a page genuinely needs more, it usually wants to be two Experiences with an Explore More block joining them.
Can I reuse a block on another Experience?
Not as a shared object. Duplicate it inside the Experience it lives on, or rebuild it on the other page: a block belongs to one Experience, and editing it on one page never changes another. What does travel is the answer a Memory block collects, if its scope is set to This Project or Everywhere.
What happens to a Growth block if I downgrade?
The block stays on the Experience and keeps its settings. What you lose is the ability to add another one. Check any page that depends on a gated block before you change plan, and preview it as a visitor would see it.
Which blocks work in the iOS app?
All of them build and preview in the app the same way they do on the web. The one difference a visitor never sees: Donate and Pay render as an inert card inside the app itself, because Apple does not allow the payment sheet there. On the published page they work normally.
Open a draft Experience and press Add Block to browse the library with your own plan applied.
