Account & plans

    What each plan includes

There are four plans. The differences that matter are how many Experiences you can run, how many Markers you can place, which blocks you can use, and how much of your own data you can see.

Every plan gives you the whole builder. Nothing about how an Experience looks, themes, previews or publishes is held back — what changes is scale, which question blocks you can ask with, and how much of the answer you get to read.

Annual billing takes 20% off every paid plan. "Effectively unlimited" is a ceiling of 999, not infinity.

    What each tier adds

    Free
One Experience, the full builder, AI build, your brand colours and logo, the Inclusion Bar, and the free Actions — Wi-Fi, Call, Directions, File, Action Hub, Donate and Pay. Stats shows the four tiles and two insight cards.
    Starter
Three Experiences, ten Marker placements, and the first blocks that ask a visitor something: Name, Email and Phone Capture, Welcome Back, plus the Lead Capture, Text Us and Save Contact Actions. The whole Stats page opens up, and so does Audience.
    Growth
Ten Experiences, thirty Markers, and the rest of the question blocks — Quick Choice, Rating, Custom Input, Check-In, Geo Check-In, Quiz, Passport and Conditional — plus Review, Add to Calendar, Request, Safety Card and Waiver. Verified Profiles, individual visitor profiles, answer distributions and the shareable report all arrive here.
    Enterprise
Room to run a property or a portfolio: the View in AR and Book Actions, per-property billing, 3% on payments instead of 5%, and a person on the phone.

Three limits that are looser than they look

The pricing page is stricter than the product on three points. Where they disagree, the product is what you get — so these are worth knowing before you upgrade for the wrong reason.

    • You do not need a paid plan to buy Markers. Marker checkout has no plan check at all, and the express checkout works without an account. The Free plan connects up to three Markers - an Intro 3-Pack - and the publish flow only asks you to upgrade once those three are placed.
    • The shared header and footer has no plan gate. It is sold as a Starter feature and there is no check anywhere: a Free account can build one in Account today. See your profile and branding.
    • Nothing is unpublished when you downgrade. There is no code that takes Experiences offline for being over a limit. Your content stays, your live pages stay live, and only creating the next one is blocked.

    Example

Cedar Hollow Zoo & Aquarium, choosing a plan

The zoo wants a Marker at each of eight habitats, each asking one question — "which animal was your favourite?" — and a ninth at the entrance with Wi-Fi and directions.

That is nine Experiences and nine Markers, and a Quick Choice block. Nine Experiences rules out Starter, which caps at three. Quick Choice is a Growth block. So Growth: ten Experiences, thirty Marker placements, and the answer distributions that make eight habitat questions worth asking in the first place.

What happens when I hit the Experience limit?

The create buttons are disabled with a note saying you are using every Experience on your plan. Nothing you have already built is affected — delete one, or upgrade.

Does "unlimited" on Enterprise really mean unlimited?

It is a ceiling of 999 Experiences and 999 Markers rather than infinity. If you are approaching either, talk to us before you get there.

Can I try a Growth block before paying?

The block picker shows every block with a plan pill on the ones you cannot use yet, so you can see exactly what you would be getting. Tapping one opens the upgrade panel rather than adding it.

Can I add my team, or give a colleague their own login?

Not yet. An account has one set of credentials, on every plan — there is no way to invite a colleague, and no per-person permissions. Venues with several people in the builder share one login today. If that is a problem for you, tell us: it is the request we most want to hear the shape of before we build it.

Is there a plan for more than one person?

No. Every plan is a single login. NearField has no seats, invites or roles — multi-property on Enterprise is about billing several locations under one account, not several users.
